The Pediatrics Collection continues publishing subjects from this specialty and offering an updated vision from these, as well as from the results reached in the country in the last 30 years. In Volume 5, completely dedicated to prenatal period, the team of collaborators that Dr. Ernesto de la Torre coordinates, develops a group of topics, and its knowledge is necessary for an appropriate pediatric formation, particularly in the specialty of neonatology, emphasizing in the normal description of newly born babies and in the attention that children need in this important period of life. Volume 6 goes into the study of the Multipurpose Pediatric Intensive Therapy, topic that requires a high degree of specialization and dedication from the whole medical personnel who assists the children, besides considering the topic "Medications", which summarizes what repeatedly appears in literature regarding some pharmacological aspects of great importance and interest.
