Summary: It is a system to fight plagues and diseases in citrus nurseries and plantations, and which makes the biological fight compatible with the directed chemical fight and the rest of the phytotechnical measures. It implies an operative structure based on the bioecology of plagues and diseases, and their natural enemies. This result formulates recommendations of products, dose and application moments; and there were made in it 20 methodological procedures that will conform the "Methodological Manual of the Integrated Fight in Citruses". It is saved from 25 to 50% of the pesticides used, and in the period 1986 -1988, there were saved from 33 to 93 pesos/ha in the areas in which this integral handling was applied. There were modified the fans of NA-20-4 and Sirokko S-30-6 sprinklers. It was possible for NA-20-4 to increase in 20% the coverage of plants; 232 machines of the country were modified for an economic contribution of 2 813 287.00 pesos. For Sirokko, it was achieved an increase of 14% of aspersion quality. There were modified 14 machines altogether, for an economic contribution of 106 847.36 pesos.
