The work´s content reflects the development of a new procedure for oligogaracturonid preparation( oligosacarid compound acting as physiologic regulators with similar characteristics to auxins and cytoquinine effects), out of peptide polysaccharides, which includes peptic acid preparation of high purity out of residuals from national produced different citrics or commercial pectines.

the methodology developed led to the obtention of a product which was named as PECTIMORF, to which a patent request was requested in 1998, given its favorable effects preved by the research undertaken to determine its effectiveness in callus induction and growth, embryos development, protoplasts culture, root taking, vitroplans development, as well as the in plants deffense mechanisms induction, in several economicaly important crops, most of them supported by the refferences emitted. It is stated that these products insertion in micropropagation technologies constitutes a promising alternative to improve the economic efficiency of the process by using national consumables.
