• Agronomic and nutritional characterization of six species of temporal leguminous in different stages of their bilogical cycle and their harvesting residuals.
• The study of the detergent neutral fiber structure of vigna foliage flour through experimental methods, images processing and infrared spectroscopy.
• Raw grain vigna flour levels inclusion are defined in birds and pigs diets.
• Solid state fermentation was applied, and detergent neutral fiber and cellulose digestibility increase could be reduced, make toxines drop in a 50%.
