This work is in the field of fundamental research in Calculation Sciences. It is being carried out a work on the so-called "Genetic Algorithms", "Evolutive Systems" and other topics linked to the so-called "Artificial Intelligence" or "Computational Intelligence", for approximately four decades. In the last ten years, the rhythm on these topics has been intensified, and they appeared in four periodic events of first rank, carried out in United States and Europe. The application field foreseen for these works is diverse, because it is guided to complex systems of engineering, genetics, economy and social sciences.

Six results were exposed as part of this work and were developed in 1997, and from 1999 to 2001, as follows:

1 Conception of Low-Cost Algorithm,

2. Development on the Algorithm with Factorized Distribution,

3. Cuban Functions and Incident Model of Edges,

4. Dynamic Optimization with Incident Model of Edges,

5. Development on the Algorithm with Factorized Distribution based on dimensioned complexity models,

6. Development on Partial Evaluation.

It constitutes an original result in which methods of the Theory of Evolutionary Calculation and the Theory of Probabilistic Graphic Methods are mixed, in order to achieve a reduction of the necessary processing capacity for this type of task.

There have been defended three doctorate and three master's degree theses in this subject, all supervised by the main author of the work, who is tutoring other three doctorate theses at the moment. These works have allowed this collective obtaining recognition at international level for their contributions, and it is one of the few groups that carry out a research in the field of Computational Sciences in Cuba, where most of our researchers are carrying out development works and technical tasks. There stand out among the 16 publications mentioned; those presented in Journal of Heuristics and Memoirs magazines, in 5 scientific events published by internationally prestigious publishing houses.
