It is technically and scientifically proved the replacement of the traditional geometric figure of foundations and a new and more reliable, lasting and economic conception is applied. A completely new model of the dual foundation- ground subsystem has been done from creative and smart tipologies that avail themselves of the ground capacity.

The model proposed by the author has been applied in national engineering works which have efficiently overcome the course of time such as: 24 floor building serving as venue of the Ministry of the (1958/60), Pier at Niquero, Turcios Lima grain elevator - Regla -C. Habana (1963), 350 Collecting Centers (1969), Reinforced concrete floor as raft foundation for light industrial facilities (1988). The system is included in the program of the Structure subject of the civil engineering career.

At the same time it creates a new conception in the design of foundation for buildings. It saves about a 30% material consumption as compared with the cost of traditional foundation.

The work of this author has been published by 19 journals and reviews of the world such as the Journal of the American Concrete Institute, the most important and famous of the world as well as in England, Mexico and other countries. At the present economic situation of the country, cement saving, which is one of the materials with more energy consumption is a short term objective of our national economy and that’s why the Ministry of Construction (MICONS) recommends the introduction of this scientific result.
