

This work is the result of the Professorship project for the development of inteligence, creativity and talent, of the Higher Pedagogic Institute "Enrique José Varona", where a systematized creativity conception is presented, from the original gnoseologic criteria in the subject treatment. The considered budgets, favor its conception structure with originality and creativity; these constitute a theoretical contribution, and in the practical order, allow assessing the teacher’s creativity. The considered guide is based on epistemological criteria about the creative nature of the teacher’s professional activity, where his qualities and functions are fused. It is a valuable resourse in order to apply the scientific method to improve the educational work, in the teacher himself.
In the works that endorse this research, there are originally presented the elements of the creativity topic in the teacher’s professional work. It is approached from an integrating perspective taking into account the different concerned aspects, which are written with a simple, clear, and coherent language for teachers without losing scientific rigor.
