Summary:

This work reports that it was obtained for the first time a model for the integrated administration of petroleum logistics in Cuba, in the energetic, economic, technological and environmental dimensions in the fuel distribution chain in Cuba.

  • c) Two doctoral theses defended as a result of the research.

This work has economic impact given the resources saving, endorsed by the production and service sector. It implies a tool for the organization and administration of Cuban fuel system that allows a new distribution concept and an integral balance among the cost, the capacity, the environment, the energy and the cycle of the logistical system in the context of CUPET's managerial improvement. It represents a saving of 27 million pesos according to the General Manager of CUPET.
