This book makes contributions to international and national scientific heritage, specificaly in the area of clinic psychiatry and psychology. It theoreticaly supports and details each of the technical modalities of actitude concrete psychotherapy, exposed by the author as a personal contribution out of the Cuban Psychotherapy School foundations, mentioning Professors José Ángel Bustamante O'Leary and Hirám Castro López-Ginard as its pioneers; this work is the result of a more-than-35 years serious and conscientious research.

It is a didactic text, with a high scientific level, which describes 138 psycotherapy technical resources with an exhaustive compilation which systematizes psycodinamic, structural and functional categories , as well as personality´s facing up and deffending mechanisms.

It develops and applies actitud theory and its modular role in psychotherapy therapeutical mechanisms in each of its concrete modalities. Its overall direction is based on the ideological principles not generaly included in the international psychotherapeutic bibliography.

It constitutes a novel contribution to psychotherapy in Cuba with a high practical value for the mental health community centers.
