

The antibodies libraries on phagouss filaments constitues a novel scientific and technological platform for the obtention of molecules of potential use in diagnosis and therapy. It consists on the fusion of genes of variable tregions from immunoglobulins to the proteins genes in the cover of phagous filamentous. The simultaneous presence of a gene and its proteic product in the same viral particle and the possiblity of inserting diversity in such genes, pave the way to the known libreries.
Nevel results:1) Obtention of libreries against tumoral antigens CEA and PSA, 2) Other light strand variable regions, reaching high expression levels of Fv and E. Coli without losing antibody affinity and specificity, 3) An universal library of human variable regions with moderate size (4.25 x 10 8 )Out of these libreries, specific antiboides fragments with affinities in molecular rank could be selected.
