This work presents the results of a series of studies destined to accelerate neural and cellular emchanisms implied in neuroplastic processes modulation by affective factors. It was proved that the tonsils basolateral region is a central structure in this kind of processes, mediated by other limbic structures, such as medial septum region.

Results of this work, exposed in a comprehensible manner, prove the validity of the stated hypothesis.

There is a contribution of evidences stating that this mechanisms could have been activated by neurotransmissions such as noradrenalin and acetylcolin, which can explain the relation among effective neuroplastic processes. These results are highly novel in the scientific field. Its actuality and originality are endorsed by its publications between 1984 and 2005, 3 international journals of impact and its presentations in several international congresses.

Results of this work are very useful and undoubtedly applicable in neurologic rehabilitation medical care.
